Please use the form below to rate the tables used in our league. We're using a rating system from 1-5 whereas
1 is the poorest rating and 5 is the best. You can rate just one table at a time and please rate each table only
once. But everyone on your team can do the same. If you make a submission once a week, after you play on a
table, that would be perfect and give me enough time to make the calculations and update the results.
Obviously, your submissions are anonymous.
The point totals from each of the 6 categories will be added for a cumulative total for each table. That total will
be averaged with all other submissions for the same table and the resulting number that will be posted on the
website and updated weekly.

Cap'n Morgan's, Country Pub, Erwinna and That Other Place are pretty much self-explanatory.
