Submit Your Roster
You can use this online form to submit your Roster information. You can also use the form during the season to
submit new Sub information. Please include at least one phone # and e-mail address (preferably the Captain's). This
information is necessary to contact your team in case of emergency. An emergency may be a cancellation or
re-scheduling of a match or an attempt to locate a lost scoresheet / envelope.
